Gladstone has much to offer both tourists and locals alike such as Gladstone Marina, Heron Island, Lady Musgrave and Lady Elliot Island. Excellent warm weather lends itself to tourism activities all year round and an abundance of outdoor activities. Popular attractions include Kroombit Tops National Park, Lake Awonga (for its excellent fishing), and of course the beautiful islands and Great Barrier Reef.
