Established in 1988 by partners, Dave Fredriksen and Alan Maclean, Fredriksen, Maclean & Associates is a dynamic business providing spatial information and consulting services to business, industry, government and the community.
With over 60 years of collective experience, Dave and Alan have been engaged in an extensive range of surveys on most major construction projects in the Central Queensland area. Dave and Alan understand the importance of providing a personalized service to their clients and ensure clients receive the best possible service by maintaining a "hands on" approach and regularly spend time "in the field", personally supervising or carrying out important project tasks. Dave and Alan are both accredited with the Department of Environment & Resource Management to endorse cadastral survey plans. Fredriksen, Maclean & Associates is registered with the Department of Public Works as a prequalified supplier of surveying services (QPC Registration No 0023A). The PQC System is a register of prequalified building industry contractors and consultants who meet performance requirements and adhere to building industry guidelines as required for government building projects. In 2009, Queensland commemorated 150 years of independence from New South Wales as an independent colony with the Q150 celebrations. The company was proud to be actively involved with the organising and placement of commemorative plaques at Spinnaker Park and the Calliope Historical Village. |
